Welcome to SwiftlyBuy.co.uk. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any purchases made through it. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Use of Our Website
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order with us. By using our website, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, introducing malicious code, or using the site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
3. Products
We make every effort to display product colours, descriptions, and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the true colour of the product. Product packaging may vary from images shown on the site.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment must be made in full at the time of order using one of our accepted payment methods (see our Payment & Delivery page). By submitting payment details, you confirm that the payment method belongs to you or that you have the account holder’s permission to use it.
In the unlikely event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. Orders & Contract Formation
Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract between you and SwiftlyBuy is only formed once we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
6. Delivery
We deliver across the UK via Royal Mail. Standard Delivery (3–5 working days) costs £2.99, and Express Delivery (1–2 working days) costs £4.99. Full delivery details are set out on our Payment & Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment has been received.
7. Your Right to Cancel & Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, giving you longer than the legal minimum to decide if an item is right for you.
- Change of mind returns (you simply did not want or like the item): the item can be returned within 30 days, at the customer’s own cost for return postage. A refund will be issued once the item is received back in its original, unused condition.
- All other returns (faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described): SwiftlyBuy will cover the cost of return postage, and you will be offered a repair, replacement, or full refund, in line with your statutory rights.
This right does not apply to goods that are sealed for hygiene reasons (such as certain cosmetics and personal care items) once the seal has been broken after delivery, except where the item is faulty.
This policy operates alongside, and extends beyond, your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
8. Faulty Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at info@swiftlybuy.co.uk to arrange a free-of-charge repair, replacement, or refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on SwiftlyBuy.co.uk, including text, graphics, logos, images, and website design, is the property of SwiftlyBuy or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from this site without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwiftlyBuy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
11. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
